Standard turnaround is 5 UK working days from successful upload.
Reviewed files and preparation materials are provided for professional guidance and application preparation.
You remain responsible for checking accuracy before using materials with employers or recruiters.
If you need a revision, reply to the completion email with the specific points to adjust.
Your secure portal materials remain available for 12 months after completion and are then permanently deleted. Download anything you wish to keep before the displayed deletion date.
